Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward, adhering to the highest clinical standards.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans that meet patients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is completed according to clinical guidelines.
• Assess patient conditions, promptly responding to changes and providing the necessary care.
• Assist in managing patient flow, ensuring timely and effective discharge planning.

Location:

Liverpool, Merseyside

Rates:

• Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
• Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
• Contract Type: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
• Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
