Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward, ensuring all clinical guidelines are followed.
Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care plans.
Record patient information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to clinical standards.
Respond to changes in patient conditions, providing appropriate treatment and interventions as required.
Assist in the implementation of care pathways and ensure timely follow-up for patients.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
