Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-quality care to patients in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care and recovery.
Accurately document patient information and care procedures.
Assess patients regularly and address their healthcare needs as required.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Solihull, West Midlands
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
