Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent patient care in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
Assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs in a timely and effective manner.
Help to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Brentwood, Essex
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
