Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert nursing care for patients on a surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
Ensure patient records and documentation are kept up to date in line with clinical policies.
Assess patient needs and respond with appropriate interventions and treatments.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Previous experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward is required.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
