Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high standards of nursing care to patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation in line with clinical governance.
Proactively monitor and respond to patient needs and changes in their condition.
Assist in ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Location:
Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment is essential.
Strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills.
