Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient outcomes.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, adhering to clinical governance standards.
Provide assessment, monitoring, and responsive care to patients during their hospital stay.
Ensure that care plans are consistently reviewed and adapted to meet the individual needs of patients.

Hove, South East England
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Prior experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong organisational, clinical, and communication skills.
