Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses looking for flexibility and competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding nursing care to patients in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward environment.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide personalised and comprehensive care to patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with clinical governance guidelines.
Assess and manage patient needs, ensuring that care plans are consistently followed and updated as necessary.
Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families throughout their hospital stay.

Methley, North England
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward setting.
Excellent clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
