Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to deliver exceptional care within a surgical and orthopaedic environment. This is a temporary role, offering flexible shifts and competitive pay rates for healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Work effectively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Keep comprehensive patient records that meet clinical standards and comply with governance regulations.
Regularly assess and monitor patient conditions, adapting care approaches as necessary.
Assist with pre-operative and post-operative care, promoting patient recovery and well-being.
Location:
Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward setting.
Excellent clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
