Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with governance protocols.
Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs promptly and efficiently.
Support patients through their recovery, ensuring timely and effective care throughout their journey.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
