Rehab Assistant required for Intensive Rehab & Therapy Service
Car driver essential
Supporting independent assessment, treatment and discharge planning within the community rehab team
Use of recognised outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide treatment plans
Confident to plan own caseload and treatment programmes
Experience within the NHS required
Community and rehabilitation experience desirable
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30
