Job Details:
Support the Intensive Rehab & Therapy Service by assisting qualified therapists in delivering rehabilitation to patients in the community.
Assist with patient exercise programmes and therapy sessions.
Help set up and maintain equipment and therapy materials.
Support discharge planning under supervision of qualified staff.
Use recognised outcome measures to monitor patient progress.
Work with the MDT to implement treatment plans.
Skills/Experience Required:
Previous experience in NHS or community rehab desirable.
Experience working in a therapy or care setting.
Confident, reliable, and able to support patients safely.
Car driver essential for community visits.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30.
