Ealing Council is seeking a motivated and experienced Locum Qualified Social Worker to join its Referral and Assessment Team. This frontline role involves conducting timely and thorough assessments to determine the needs of children and families, ensuring early and effective intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake statutory assessments of children and families in line with the Children Act 1989.
Make informed decisions regarding safeguarding and child protection concerns.
Develop and implement care plans that address identified needs and risks.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to coordinate support services.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for conferences, reviews, and court as required.
