We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Safeguarding Adults Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care service. This role involves undertaking statutory safeguarding enquiries, working collaboratively with multi-agency partners, and ensuring adults are supported in line with the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Section 42 enquiries: Carry out statutory safeguarding investigations under the Care Act 2014, assessing risks and developing proportionate protection plans.
Apply Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP): Empower individuals to be involved in decisions about their safety and tailor interventions to their desired outcomes.
Collaborate with multi-agency partners: Work closely with health professionals, police, housing, and care providers to deliver coordinated safeguarding responses.
Ensure legal and policy compliance: Maintain high-quality case recording, uphold professional standards, and participate in reflective supervision and service improvement.
