Key Responsibilities:
Undertake assessments and direct work: Complete timely Child and Family Assessments and develop outcome-focused CiN and Child Protection Plans.
Build meaningful relationships: Work directly with children and their families to promote safety, stability, and positive change.
Coordinate multi-agency interventions: Lead core group and CiN meetings, collaborating with education, health, and voluntary sector partners.
Ensure legal and policy compliance: Maintain high standards of recording and practice in line with the Children Act 1989 and local safeguarding procedures.
