We are currently seeking passionate and committed Qualified Social Workers (QSWs) to join our children’s social care teams. Whether working in assessment, child protection, or with children in care, your role will be vital in safeguarding children and helping families achieve lasting change.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake statutory assessments and direct work with children and families in line with the Children Act 1989 and 2004.
Develop and deliver clear, outcome-focused plans, including child protection plans, child in need plans, and care plans.
Collaborate closely with families and partner agencies using a restorative, strengths-based approach to create sustainable solutions.
Prepare high-quality reports for case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings, ensuring the child’s voice is central.
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England
Experience in statutory children’s social work (Assessment, CP, CIN, or LAC)
Good working knowledge of child protection legislation and guidance
Strong communication, analysis, and multi-agency collaboration skills
