Locum Adult Safeguarding Qualified Social Worker

Hammersmith and Fulham Council is seeking a versatile and skilled Qualified Social Worker to work across Adults and Children’s Services. The role requires someone able to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality, statutory social work interventions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to safeguarding, assessment, and support planning within a dynamic multi-agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews for adults and children in need of social care support.

• Manage cases involving safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate interventions and protection plans.

• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and wellbeing.

• Prepare reports and contribute to statutory meetings, including Child Protection Conferences and Adult Safeguarding Panels.

• Maintain timely and accurate records in line with legal, regulatory, and council standards.
