Rehab Assistant required for Intensive Rehab & Therapy Service
Car driver essential
Support assessment, treatment and discharge planning within a community rehabilitation team
Use recognised outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide treatment plans
Confident to manage and plan own caseload and treatment programmes
NHS experience required
Community and rehabilitation experience desirable
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30
