Service: Community Assessment Day (CAD) – Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Job Details:
MSK Physiotherapist required to provide specialist support within Community Assessment Days.
Deliver advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments for individuals absent from work due to long-term MSK conditions.
Provide clinical expertise in the management of complex and persistent musculoskeletal conditions.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including an Occupational Therapist and Social Prescriber.
Contribute to holistic assessments and integrated care planning.
Support individuals to improve function, manage symptoms and facilitate return to work where appropriate.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to MDT decision-making.
Skills / Experience:
HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
Significant post-registration experience in specialist MSK physiotherapy.
Experience managing complex and persistent MSK conditions.
Experience working with individuals on long-term sickness absence or reduced work capacity.
Strong experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work autonomously at an advanced clinical level.
