Job Details:
Band 6 Physiotherapist required to support rehabilitation services at Newhaven Rehabilitation Centre.
Undertake physiotherapy assessments and deliver treatment programmes for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Support mobility progression, exercise programmes and functional rehabilitation.
Carry out discharge planning and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care.
Provide patient-centred interventions to maximise recovery and independence.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Skills / Experience:
HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
Experience within rehabilitation settings.
Experience with mobility progression and therapeutic exercise programmes.
Experience supporting discharge planning.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
