Service: Community Outpatient Physiotherapy – Trailblazer Project
Job Details:
Band 7 Community Outpatient Physiotherapist required to start ASAP for an initial 4 week period.
Provide highly skilled physiotherapy assessment, advice, education and treatment to patients referred to the Trailblazer project.
Manage patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative orthopaedics, arthritis and acute, chronic or complex spinal pain.
Deliver physiotherapy services within outpatient clinics across GP surgeries, health centres and leisure centre facilities.
Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
Act as a clinical specialist resource for the management of musculoskeletal conditions.
Provide supervision and support to junior physiotherapists and students on clinical placements.
Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with NHS and professional standards.
