Job Title: Therapy Assistant – Band 3 (Part Time)
Location: Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust – St Margaret’s Hospital, Epping

Contract Length: Ongoing (4 weeks initially)
Job Details: Therapy Assistant required to start ASAP for 4 weeks within the Early Supported Discharge Team.
Deliver rehabilitation programmes set by registered therapists
Support patients as part of the Early Supported Discharge pathway
Complete clinical documentation using SOAP format
Provide clear handovers and communicate relevant information to the wider team
Essential Skills/Experience:
Previous experience in a Therapy Assistant role
Experience delivering rehabilitation programmes
Confident completing notes in SOAP format
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Working Hours: Part time – 3.5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Days and hours to be confirmed weekly.
