Job Title: Physiotherapist – Band 6

Job Details: Physiotherapist required to start ASAP for the Urgent Community Response Service. This is a fast-paced community role supporting hospital avoidance and safe discharge.
Manage a caseload of approximately 12–15 patients
Conduct a minimum of 10 patient visits per week
Deliver therapy interventions to support independence and recovery
Undertake joint visits with Occupational Therapists for equipment ordering, reviews and assessments
Review and modify packages of care as required
Provide supervision to Rehabilitation Support Workers (RSWs)
Supervise Physiotherapy students
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Previous community physiotherapy experience
Working Hours: 7-day service. 09:00 – 17:00 with occasional on-call (approximately every 3 weeks).
