Contract length: Ongoing (4 weeks only)
Job details: Physiotherapist required to start ASAP for 4 weeks within the Early Supported Discharge (ESD) Service – specialist stroke and neurological rehabilitation team. JD available on request.
Provide stroke and neurological rehabilitation across inpatient wards and community settings within the Stroke ESD team
Manage a complex neurological caseload using advanced clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills
Work autonomously while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
Contribute to service development and adopt flexible working approaches to meet service needs
Engage in ongoing professional development within a supportive team environment
Skills/experience: Considerable neurological and community experience essential. Postgraduate neurology training desirable. Must hold a current driving licence with access to a car for work purposes. Good IT skills required for electronic patient records.
