Brief Job Overview

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist to join the ECP Musculoskeletal (MSK) Service across West London sites. This role offers the opportunity to provide specialist musculoskeletal assessment and treatment while contributing to team development and clinical leadership within both primary and acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide expert assessment and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.
   

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across community and hospital sites.
   

• Offer clinical education and supervision to less experienced MSK team members.
   

• Support service delivery and development of high-quality, seamless MSK services.
   

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient pathways.
   

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with NHS standards.

About You

You will be an experienced MSK Physiotherapist with advanced clinical reasoning skills and the confidence to work autonomously. You will also demonstrate the ability to support and guide colleagues, contributing to high standards of care and service improvement.
 

Requirements

•  
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
     

  • Current HCPC registration.
     

  • Substantial experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
     

  • Experience supporting or supervising junior staff.
     

  • Strong communication, organisational, and clinical reasoning skills.

   

  Contract & Working Pattern

   

  • • Locum contract – ongoing (initial 12-week requirement)
       

    • Part-time: 21.5 hours per week
       

    • Working across multiple West London MSK service sites
       

    • Competitive rate – £negotiable
