Job Details
Therapies BGH Medicine. Physiotherapist required to cover the winter pressure ward (Ward 3 – 12 beds). The role involves rehabilitation and goal setting with patients, assessment and provision of equipment, and attendance at board rounds. The role may also include home visits and discharge to assess visits.
Key Responsibilities
Provide physiotherapy rehabilitation and goal setting for inpatients.
Undertake physiotherapy assessments and treatment planning.
Assess for and provide appropriate equipment.
Support discharge planning, including discharge to assess and home visits where required.
Attend and contribute to board rounds and MDT discussions.
