Role Overview
A motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist is required to join the Orthopaedic Wards at Broomfield Hospital. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred assessment and rehabilitation for inpatients.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and manage your own caseload as an autonomous practitioner.
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions on the orthopaedic wards.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure safe discharge planning and continuity of care.
Participate in the rotation scheme and contribute to service development.
Support and clinically supervise physiotherapy assistants where required.
About You
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
Some experience within orthopaedics or acute inpatient settings is desirable.
Strong communication and team-working skills.
Commitment to continued professional development.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
