Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join the Outpatients Team at Southend. You will assess and treat both surgical and non-surgical MSK patients in a busy outpatient environment, providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a varied MSK caseload.
Assess, diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based practice.
Develop and deliver individualised treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Participate in supervision, peer review, and clinical reasoning sessions.
Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and students.
Contribute to audit and research activities.
About You
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
Proven MSK outpatient experience.
Confident working autonomously and making sound clinical decisions.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
