Locum Band 3 Rehab Assistant required for North East London NHS Foundation Trust at Grays Court Community Hospital (Goodmayes)
Ongoing role within the Intensive Rehab & Therapy Service, working full-time Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
Support the community rehab team with assessments, treatment, and discharge planning using recognised outcome measures
Must be confident in managing own caseload and contributing to patient care plans under supervision
Previous NHS experience preferred, ideally in community rehab settings
Car driver essential due to the community-based nature of the role
