We are looking for two skilled Band 6 Physiotherapists to join the team at Gray’s Court Community Hospital. The role will focus on providing high-quality rehabilitation within both community and inpatient settings, supporting patients to achieve their goals and maximise independence.
Undertake physiotherapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions.
Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to plan effective care pathways.
Support safe and timely discharge planning.
Provide rehabilitation in both community and hospital environments.
Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development.
