As a Physiotherapist at The Disabilities Trust, you will specialize in neurological rehabilitation, delivering expert therapeutic care to individuals with complex neurological conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary private healthcare setting, you will develop and implement tailored treatment plans to maximize patient independence, mobility, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed neurological assessments to identify patients’ physical and functional impairments.
Develop and deliver individualized physiotherapy programs targeting neurological recovery and functional improvement.
Utilize advanced rehabilitation techniques including neurodevelopmental approaches and functional mobility training.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical staff.
Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions to meet evolving rehabilitation needs and goals.
