As a Physiotherapist with Nuffield Health, working across inpatient and community settings, you will provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation to adult patients within acute and general medicine services. Focusing exclusively on physiotherapy, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalised treatment plans that promote recovery, mobility and independence.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
Develop, implement and review tailored physiotherapy treatment programmes in line with clinical priorities and best practice.
Work closely with patients, families and healthcare professionals to support recovery and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
Provide education and advice to patients and carers on rehabilitation techniques and self-management.
Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives within the physiotherapy team.
