As a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist with The Disabilities Trust, you will deliver expert physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to adult patients across inpatient, community, acute and general medicine settings. Your role will focus on promoting recovery, functional independence and quality of life, working closely with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure person-centred, evidence-based care.
Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify needs and treatment goals.
Plan, implement and evaluate tailored rehabilitation programmes to enhance physical function.
Provide physiotherapy interventions across inpatient, community, acute and general medicine services.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated patient care.
Offer specialist advice and education to patients, families and carers to support ongoing recovery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.
