As a Physiotherapist with Medway NHS Foundation Trust, you will deliver specialist physiotherapy services to adult patients within inpatient and acute settings. This role focuses exclusively on physiotherapy, supporting individuals with general medical needs to achieve optimal recovery and independence.
Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments for adults in inpatient and acute care environments.
Provide individualised, evidence-based treatment programmes for general medical conditions.
Support functional rehabilitation to enhance mobility and daily living skills.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate and advise patients, carers, and families to support recovery and prevent re-admission.
Maintain clear, accurate, and professional clinical records in line with service policies and guidelines.
