As a Band 6 Physiotherapist with Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, you will deliver specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for adult inpatients within acute, general medicine, and orthopaedic settings. This role is suited to an experienced and qualified physiotherapist with strong clinical reasoning skills.
Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for adult inpatients.
Deliver targeted interventions to support recovery, mobility, and independence.
Work within acute, general medicine, and orthopaedic pathways.
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with trust standards.
