HCRG Care Group is seeking a skilled Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their inpatient team, working with adults across acute, general medicine, community, and rehabilitation settings. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality physiotherapy input, supporting patients to regain function, mobility, and independence.
Undertake physiotherapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
Provide rehabilitation support to adults with a wide range of acute and general medical conditions
Work within inpatient and community services to promote recovery and independence
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
Support patients in managing long-term conditions and preventing hospital readmissions
Contribute to service development while maintaining professional standards.
