Manchester City Council is seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to work across inpatient services supporting adults and paediatric patients. This role involves providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and intervention for general medical needs, including moving and handling and equipment and adaptations.
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for adults and children in inpatient settings
Deliver evidence-based interventions to support recovery, mobility, and function
Provide advice and guidance on moving and handling techniques
Recommend and arrange appropriate equipment and adaptations to support daily living
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold professional standards
