East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for a dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the inpatient physiotherapy team. This role offers the chance to work with adults across general medicine, providing high-quality patient care while developing clinical expertise within a supportive multidisciplinary setting.
Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for adult inpatients with a range of general medical conditions.
Work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care and safe discharge planning.
Support service delivery by contributing to care pathways and promoting evidence-based practice.
Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior physiotherapists, support workers, and students.
Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and reflective practice to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
Contribute to audit, service evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives within the physiotherapy service.
