Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the musculoskeletal team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment for adults with musculoskeletal conditions, supporting recovery, function, and independence within a multidisciplinary environment.
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for adults with musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation programmes to optimise patient outcomes.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.
Provide guidance and support to junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students.
Participate in service evaluation, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
Engage in continuing professional development and reflective practice to maintain and enhance specialist musculoskeletal knowledge and skills.
