Job Title:  Physiotherapist (3 roles)

Contract Length: Ongoing 
Job details:  3x experienced Physiotherapists required to join Reablement service – Social & Healthcare qualified. To start asap for 3 months, with the potential to extend depending on service needs. 1 position available at 3 locations.
The Reablement service is a short-term, therapist-led intervention designed to prevent, reduce, or delay the need for ongoing care and support. The service supports individuals to regain independence through: – Assessment and tailored treatment planning – Provision of equipment and home adaptations – Targeted support from a dedicated team of Reablement Support Workers – Empowering individuals to utilise community and personal resources. The Physiotherapists will work with a diverse caseload, including: – Neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, Parkinson’s) – Musculoskeletal issues (e.g., arthritis, fractures) – post-hospital discharge rehabilitation. They will: – Conduct assessments and develop personalised treatment plans – Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams – Communicate complex clinical information clearly and compassionately – Support safeguarding and uphold high standards of care.
Working hours: Full-time, hybrid (50% office-based). Skills/experience: Degree in Physiotherapy (SCQF Level 9 or equivalent). HCPC registration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with complex cases and challenging situations. Ability to supervise and support others. Empathy and professionalism in emotionally sensitive contexts.
