Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a qualified and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the adult inpatient and community teams. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy across acute and general medical settings, supporting patient recovery, functional independence, and safe discharge.
Undertake physiotherapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions for adults in inpatient and community settings.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and rehabilitation programmes to optimise patient outcomes.
Support patients in regaining mobility, function, and independence following illness or hospital admission.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centred care.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students.
Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance physiotherapy practice.
