We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, providing physio-only services across inpatient, acute, and community settings. The role focuses on adults in general medicine, promoting recovery, mobility, and functional independence.
Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for adult patients across inpatient, acute, and community settings.
Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize mobility and functional outcomes.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy.
Educate patients, families, and carers on exercise, mobility, and self-management strategies.
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and professional growth.
