Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is looking for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Paediatrics team on a 3-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives by delivering high-quality physiotherapy care within the community, focusing on neurology and wider developmental needs.
Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for paediatric patients with neurological and developmental conditions
Deliver community-based physiotherapy, ensuring continuity of care across settings
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement tailored care plans
Support families and caregivers with education, training, and advice to optimise patient outcomes
Manage a varied caseload independently, prioritising effectively to meet service demands
Contribute to service development initiatives and mentor junior staff as required
