Job details: Integrated Community Services. To cover vacancy. Carrying out community visits for housebound patients Band 6 Physiotherapist. Experience working with the elderly, community, and fallers. Car driver as work requires travelling. Working hours: 22.5hrs per week only. Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30.
