Job Title: Physiotherapist – Band 6 Area: East London NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Physiotherapist required for 6 weeks. Short term locum required to fill vacant post, leading to patients long waiting times and unable to meet KPI and unable to meet demand on unprecedented volume of referrals received. The post holder will help to provide a high quality neurological physiotherapy rehabilitation service. This will include physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with neurological conditions, developing and delivering individualized treatment programs, providing physical assistance, advice and emotional support without direct supervision. The post holder will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team and is expected to work with all colleagues within the team as well as working with other professionals within Trust and external agencies. Car driver not essential. Able to commute to people’s homes or appropriate community resource in Newham. Remote working – 1 day per week max. Working hours: Full time. Code: U.
