As a Physiotherapist with East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, working in acute settings, you will provide physiotherapy services only, specialising in neurology. Operating at Band 6 as a qualified and experienced practitioner, you will deliver tailored interventions to support patient recovery and independence, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for patients with neurological needs in acute settings.
Develop, implement and evaluate personalised physiotherapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
Deliver physiotherapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the physiotherapy service.
