As a Physiotherapist with Northern Care Alliance NHS, working with adults across inpatient, community and acute settings, you will provide physiotherapy services only within general medicine. As a qualified and experienced practitioner, you will deliver tailored interventions to support recovery and independence, collaborating closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for adults in inpatient, community and acute settings.
Develop, implement and evaluate personalised physiotherapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
Deliver physiotherapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the physiotherapy service.
