• To be responsible for providing expert assessment and treatment of patients with neuromusculoskeletal disorders ensuring appropriate pathways of care and communication via liaison and referral to other agencies as required.
• To take responsibility for the triage, advanced assessment and overall management of patients with neuromusculoskeletal speciality that may have complex acute and/or chronic presentation to determine the clinical diagnosis, extended therapy and multidisciplinary team intervention required which involves crossing professional boundaries whilst maintaining records as an autonomous practitioner.
• To deputise for the consultant physiotherapist in their specialist area.
• To work in an extended role in the triage, assessment and management of patients with neuromusculoskeletal disorders ensuring appropriate pathways of care and communications via liaison and referral to other agencies as required.
• To act as a source of expertise on the management of the patients with neuromusculoskeletal conditions to primary health care practitioners, Consultants and Senior Physiotherapists.
• To support the Team Manager, Operational Manager and Head of Service in interpreting complex clinical issues and advising regarding the clinical aspect of complex complaint responses.

Working hours: Full time. Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00. Flexible hours.
