As a Band 6 Physiotherapist with Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for adults within orthopaedic services. You will work closely with patients and the multidisciplinary team to support recovery, optimise function and promote independence.
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for adults in orthopaedic services.
Develop, implement and evaluate personalised treatment programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Deliver physiotherapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the physiotherapy service.
