Job Title: Physiotherapist – Band 5 Area: Surrey NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Physiotherapist required to start asap. An understanding of risk assessing mobility and transfers. Empathy and understanding for patients who are in an unfamiliar environment with at times, cognitive impairment. Monitoring a need for pain control around exercise sessions. Good written and verbal communications. Risk assessing mobility and transfers for safe movement of patients while on ward. Setting meaningful goals with patients, to progress their rehabilitation. Gathering information pertinent to discharge planning from hospital. Handing over information both written and verbally to the rest of the MDT. Support the Therapy assistants in prioritising and planning their day. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30. 7.5 hours 30 min break. Code: U.010003.B14792
